She is a veteran BRAND ARCHITECT, TREND FORECASTER AND SOCIAL DECODER with over 40 years of experience working closely as the bridge with other creatives, founders and visionaries. She founded The Plant Lore Agency which curates a selected high end plant based beauty and wellness brands. She co-founded www.designersandagents.com  which is the only privately owned leading high end women's fashion trade show in the industry today.  

As the founder of her NYC based eponymous fashion sales agencies, Barbara Kramer Collections for womenswear and Barbara Kramer Unlimited for menswear, she identified the trend in Unisex dressing and introduced the concept of multi-brand showrooms to the worldwide fashion marketplace. This led to her founding the IDG trade show, the first Unisex econcept trade show in the industry back in 1986. She has casted, directed and produced countless fashion runway shows in NYC during her years as an agent in the fashion industry.
